These companies trust Quality to take care of our mutual customers collision repair needs and also to insure that the repairs last with a Lifetime Warranty on all DRP, IRP and GRP repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.
Non Direct Repair Warranties
Quality Collision offers a written 12 month 12,000 mile limited warranty on the repairs done to your vehicle. However if something occurs after those warranty limits we request that you contact us for a review of the problem. If we find that our work has failed due to our workmanship we will more than likely take care of the problem. Warranties for the parts used in the repair of your vehicle are 12 months or 12,000 miles and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers of those parts. Quality Collision will however make every attempt to resolve parts warranty issues on behalf of the customer for that warranty period.
